Arrival Time
Please arrive15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.
Insurance & Payment
Bring your current insurance card(s) and photo ID
Copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, and other patient-responsible balances may be due at the time of service
Testing & Medical Records
If you've recently had imaging, laboratory testing, pathology, or other urologic testing performed elsewhere, please make sure the results are available to Brevard Urology Care before your appointment whenever possible.
Medications
Continue your medications as prescribed unless your healthcare provider has given you different instructions. If you're scheduled for a procedure, follow the specific preparation instructions you were given.
